I did not brought this up from the Day 04 post since I figured it was a one off thing happening, but today and yesterday my legs feel kind of sore without doing much activity like standing as I have a desk job. Though I wonder if maybe this may have to do with the one day at the gym doing lot of leg exercise machines like the treadmill, stairmaster, and elliptical machines. Then there are days I do not do much exercise, and the pain does go away eventually, but I did take a ibuprofen yesterday.
Another thing I had considered is the lack of calcium intake from avoiding dairy products like milk and cheese. Is this one of the first casualties with this diet? Probably not, it is only been a couple days into this diet, and my intake prior is not that much different, but I was eating some cheeses and creams. Again, I doubt this is the case, but something to think about with the diet nonetheless.
It is questions and concerns that I do keep thinking about with this diet. How does a vegan feel when they do not wish to eat anything involving an animals; even though, animals may had helped in making produce by … leaving their leftovers.
Regardless of the pain, this has been a very interesting experience to try foods in a different way by taste and perspective. Never realized how much animal by-product is involved with different morsals from simple snacks to complex dishes.
Plus, my weight at the morning was at 210.8lbs. Nice!
