Learning to ask for help can sometimes be one of the hardest lessons. A lesson that I see both myself and patients experiencing. How do we ask for help when all we've ever had to rely on was ourselves? It takes finding someone stable enough to begin to mend those wounds. It takes actively working through healthy relationships in order authentically reprogram our disruptive subconscious based programming. We have to experience new outcomes to old beliefs that surround our traumatic experiences. Reinforcing mental and emotional practices that lead up to taking actions.
