Hey dear Hive Community, first of all I would like to welcome you to my new post and hope you are all well and you had a great day! In this post I would like to introduce you to a character from Greek mythology and hope you can learn something new.
You can see here one or the other work of art that I have created with the help of artificial intelligence and are supposed to represent the hero figure Heracles from Greek mythology. Heracles is also known as the son of Zeus as well as Alcmene and according to a legend, the universe was once created when Zeus tried to feed his son Heracles and the equivalent of him from Roman mythology is Hercules. Heracles was also often revered as a strong and heroic figure
which was later accepted by the other gods in Olympus and he is also often depicted with the fur of the Nemean lion and he was also a protege of the goddess of wisdom Athena. Heracles was also known to fight in the Gigantomania when he was still mortal and later he rose to the demigod and he had more wifes like Megara, Deianeira, Omphale or Hara with whom he brought some children into the world.
Already as a baby, Heracles had already known for his strength and that came well to the present when he was almost strangled by snakes at birth and he defeated them. Also in the well-known legend that revolves around the twelve tasks he had received from Eurystheus to make up for the time he once threw his children into the fire, Heracles appears. The best known of these 12 tasks was to pick the golden apples of the Hesperides, to kill the Nemean lion, to get the Cerberus from the underworld or to defeat the cretan bull. In Greek mythology, heracles was probably the character who had to cope with the most adventures and he learned archery as well as various other martial abilities early in his childhood and he was very revered for his deeds. He was also known for being very helpful and he once also supported the Thebans and played an important role in Greek mythology and is mentioned in many legends.
Thanks for taking the time to read through my post and I hope you like it and can learn something new about Mythology!
