As I promised, here is a more detailed post about US Air Force Thunderbirds show during Skyfest in Spokane, WA.
Currently, US Air Force is considered as a number 1 in the world air force and their show is world famous!
The USAF Air Demonstration Squadron is the air demonstration squadron of the United States Air Force. The Thunderbirds are assigned to the 57th Wing, and are based at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Created in 1953, the USAF Thunderbirds are the third oldest formal flying aerobatic team in the world, after the United States Navy Blue Angels formed in 1946 and the prestigious French Air Force Patrouille de France formed in 1931.

If you live in USA or planning to visit it, I really recommend you to go to their festival. It is very motivational and a lot of fun! This show made me rethink my whole life. It definitely gives you a lot of encouragement to improve your life!
They have tours all over the states every year. You can check their schedule on this website: http://afthunderbirds.com/site/show-season/
...and if you can't travel to USA, research for your own country's airplane shows or a country close to you. These kind of shows can be found in most of the countries.
So here are some pictures from my experience…
We decided to pay for VIP experience (not worth it!) instead of going there for free. It was an extremely hot day and the only tents provided were for VIP guest, but to be honest we could easily just bring our own umbrella with chairs and it would be for free. At this tent we had all you can eat food and unlimited non alcoholic drinks, but food was very simple, so I think it was not worth $80 per person.
This is the tent I am talking about…
This is how the show started …
Sorry for blurry images, I had to zoom in.
A girl was standing on top of the airplane and doing tricks! Pretty crazy!
Car with jet engine was racing propeller airplane. The car won!
Also, they had all sorts of airplanes flying (ranging from pre World War 2 airplanes to the most modern ones) and they described them all in detail, like what kind of engines they have, and what these airplanes are being used for.
Later, we had an opportunity to walk around and take pictures with some of the airplanes.
Then, the main show started…
We had the best spot to look at the show.
You can see the video of Thunderbird show in one of my recent posts: Number 1 Airplane Show in the World! - US Air Force Thunderbirds Show (DTube Video!)
A lot of cool tricks!
