Issues with Ionomy?

Does anyone from the UK know if there are issues with ionomy? I've had some btc stuck there for over a week. I can't transfer it. They originally said it was a technical glitch, and they'd get back to me. I've emailed them several times but no response, just an acknowledgement.

Is there anywhere else I can transfer Hive/HBD to? I usually sell for btc and then send to Cryptopay.
