A long time ago i tried to learn Reiki from a DVD i purchased, and it was like doing some slow movements and i didn't continue, maybe because i felt that it's not the same than doing it from a live course. Unfortunately there is no Reiki courses here where i live so i think i got to go back to watch that video again. Nice post, thanks.
