We are in the Kootenays!

We drove to Nelson, BC without a place to live.
We camped, despite the pouring rain, but within two days we had found a cabin, complete with wood burning stove and surrounded by wilderness.

We’re minutes away from both the boulder fields and the ski hill. 

Here’s hoping we don’t get eaten by any curious creatures, especially since our front door doesn’t technically close.
