Despite owning a PC, I've found that about 90% of my posts are conceived and published on my phone. This might have been due to the fact that in my first month on Steemit, I was not with my PC and had to learn the ropes using my phone.
About a month after my journey began, my phone began to revolt has it had began to be put under way too much pressure than it was already accustomed to. I knew I had to move my Steemit office to a new location. The immediate option I had (which everyone will agree with) was to start working on my PC but then I tried this and it didn't suit me.
Why?
I get inspiration on the fly and 10 times out of 10, if I don't write them down immediately, I never get the exact vibe again. So having a mobile device to immediately record my thoughts seemed like the only reasonable path for me to take.
So I decided to get an upgrade on my 5s. With Steemit being the amazing platform that it is, all I had to do was put my 5s under more intense pressure and the new phone will be all mine. And that's exactly what I did.
With more pressure came more symptoms of death and the 5s was beginning to let go of some of its responsibilities (not totally but enough for me to notice). Little did it know that one way to get over pain is to go through more pain. It's how bodybuilders earn their bodies!
Within the space of 30 days, after spending on all other things including donations and saving towards SteemFest, I'll be taking delivery of my new and improved Steemit office today!
First Puzzle Piece
This is only the first step as I embark on a ride to quench my gadget thirst! Luckily for me, all these amazing gadgets would work to make me overall, a better Steemian providing much more top quality content.
I intend on building myself a home studio; creating music, videos and amazing pictures, and I'm very confident my activities on Steemit will clear the path to acquiring the needed toys.
These are exciting times. I've read stories on Steemit where Steemit has provided money to get gadgets and these gadgets in turn pay themselves off by fetching you more.
I've always wanted to do only the things I loved instead of getting caught in a boring routine all my life, and with every new day, I move closer to making this dream a reality!
