Work and life have been so insanely busy, especially now around the holidays. I'm still here though, continuing to keep up with as many amazing people as possible, all while working on my next 'evolution'.
I've got a few changes I want to make starting in the New Year having to do with posting more videos, blog posts, and sharing more of my workout 'journey' and other personal interests.
As usual with time not always being on my side, I want to keep it short but sweet. You all are awesome!
