For the longest time my dog goes through these phases where he hates being in his crate while I am at work. (which he is in there because he gets into trouble when he is by himself) In these phase he breaks out, but each time it becomes more difficult for him. First he could just use his tongue to unlatch the locks to the doors, which you see in the video. Other times he would lift the top part of the crate up so the sides would collapse in. Since then, I have zip tied all the corners and started tying a rope around the door... but that doesn't stop him. As you can see in this video....
Since then, I started rapping a think leash around the door, which worked for quite some time, but recently he has learned to get out of that too... GoPro is set up and ready to record that, when it happens.
