Hi, guys!
I'm still trying to fix my daily regime, so it's just a thoughts and writing post about it.
My morning started with Anna Akana new video about planning your life. In the end of this post I will add a link so you can watch it too. It made me thinking: how do I organize all this stuff?
Usually I'm a bit addicted to planning. I have a planner, in it every day is divided to 45/15 minutes periods of time. 45 minuted segments are for sitting work, in my case it's drawing, and 15 minutes segments are for standing up and doing something different, as house keeping, exercising, communicating with my animals ect.
This system really helps to keep my mind fresh during all day, it was invented by illustrator Yana Frank. In her blog she also has much more advises about life structuring. Some of them work well for me, others doesn't, but I always wait for updates, she's a genius in it.
But at the moment I see that it's even more important for me to structure my life more globally, not on the level of everyday planning, but on the level of months and year. I'm not the kind of person to make New Year resolutions in 12.a.m. on the 12'th of December. The reason is simple - I don't like pressure. Even is this pressure is pressing with myself on myself. I perfectly know that I can't do anything at all under pressure, while without it I can do twice more then I need.
So, I began thinking about my plans on the year using Anna's scheme. Please find the video by Anna Akana below:
OK here, I visit my psychiatrist, I bought gym subscription again and I will start in few days, and I settled working plans. Now I'll see how it'll go:)
I wish you all the best and will be happy if you'll support me with vote:)
Love, Inber
