There are times when I get so in my head I really start to believe everything I’m thinking is true.
These are times when I’m usually alone.
It’s really can be dangerous to spend too much time alone and then be lost in thought.
It’s a very healthy skill to start to not get attached to thought, seeing it just as thought.
Our egos can help use let us not let use abuse then buying into all our bullshit.
Well just remember if you struggle with this you are not alone.
It’s a thing that I believe most struggle with.
