Having the same dream over and over again could be something, maybe your dream is try to tell you to be more careful or anything. I understand why you are angry at your doctor but you need to take it easy so it won't affect your health in anyway, I don't know why this doctors like gambling with people's health, I will suggest you call them back again if possible, call them everyday so they will know the need to attend to you
