And I was like, oh shit, if I'm going to put these things on a set list, I need to start playing them. Otherwise they... It's funny, when you first started playing the lick, I was like, where the hell is he going with this? And then I'm like, oh, it's a lick and it's fucking sweet. Because it was like, it was funky.
That's really good, man. I have like a version recorded that's not done. And it's actually played on my electric and with this really sweet wavy delay.
And so it really is actually super dope on the electric too. I just like, I don't know, I got so much music, guys. I got so much music, I'm trying to finish any of it.
This is why I'm working so hard on these songs with Pugs. Because I'm like, okay, at least then we can release some new stuff. Some versions that nobody's ever heard of some songs.
And, you know, they're really good, guys. It's really good, we're plugging it. And for any and all of you musicians recording out there, do not record in the red.
It's the new year. I actually told a couple of people that recently. And they're like, what, really? That's a thing? I'm like, yeah, you know, I didn't know either.
I suck too. I remember there was one studio we used to hang out in and it was the Master Channel. Like everything was like, it was duct taped to minus 10.
And I had a big sticker like labeled sign on there that that was zero. Wait, so Fondue, you're working on an album, bro? I wish to say that I haven't been working on an album for the last two years. But that's exactly what's been happening.
You know, the issue is I get closer and closer to like choosing the songs. And then I start writing new stuff or change my mind on it. And so I've been like flip flopping on a few.
There's a lot that are like deadlocked or I know they're going on there. But yeah, there's just a couple that I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go with some newer stuff that I wrote or if I'm going to go with some older stuff. So we'll see.
