I'm a fashion designer and recycling enthusiast, few years ago I created this trashion outfit made with plastic six pack rings and tulle remnants and showed it at British Council's Trashion Catwalk. My inspiration was the thousand of plastic rings floating on the sea and how this contaminates and induces to global warming threatening sea life, I named it "Plastic Sea".
It was a creative contest promoted by British Council within the framework of its program Climate Change Generation and the green campaign of a local mall "Metropolis Preserva" featuring emergent designers from Venezuela, I think we need of making more people aware of climate change by promoting Recycle activities worldwide and it was an cool way to do that, its an urgent need that concern grows.
