So, I tell my clients where the venue is. They come in, I have other people there ready to mingle in me is very small and very intimate. So I love that because, you know, before you get there to the conference, you're going to see probably some of these people at the conference and you won't know them the day of the conference.
So let's let's back up a little bit and let's do a side chain event where it's small and intimate and it's invite only. So, yeah, I like that, Realty. I like it too.
It was picked up at some event. It just made it just not having to plan that you just come on or whatever the communication is. I mean, even if it's compared to Uber, you know, if it's free, that'd be even cooler, but it's already planned.
You're not like standing out there staring for some car, you know, it's nice. I mean, I guess you're still doing that, but you know, it's coming, you know, the person is different than, you know, the person and then the opportunity, even if it's 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, you know, you're not just sitting there thinking, looking at the site, the networking community building and, you know, you turn that what most people would look at is 30 minutes lost into, you know, 30 minutes gained. So it's awesome.
The one thing that I do guarantee them is we're going to have an amazing conversation on the ride to their hotel or their Airbnb, whatever it is. And that's a valid point to bring up about ride shares, because I don't know how it is in other cities, but especially here in Denver, the IAA, Denver International Airport is now the third busiest airport in the United States with over 2000 flights per day, which is absolutely amazing. But with that, you take the good with the bad, right? The ride-share drivers have become very predatory, right? So knowing that, and I witnessed that personally when I came back from Miami in 2022, how predatory they were.
