A post not written by me

So I (my wife) has decided to hand my phone to my husband (me Hive account@skiveuss) with the instruction to write about something that isn't the kids.

So here we go.
Steemit is about putting a little bit of effort into your posts and not just hoping someone else will do it for you. You do not need to always be particularly creative or interesting but it does help. This is a fun space with lots to look at. Leaving the algorithms of facebooks closed echo chambers.

Steemit takes up back to a time of actively looking for content that interests us rather than having it moderated and spoon fed to us like that other crappy site.

I'm going to stop writing now as I delving into something I wanted to post for myself wifey!
