As a way to stay active, keep my body looking fit, and making myself feel good, I work out for 30-45 minutes 3-5 days a week. With a naturally thing physique, I don't need to focus so much on burning calories so I avoid cardio as happily as I can. Also not too keen on building too much muscle I stay away from heavy lifting. I usually do some areobics, pilates, yoga, and ample sets of squats, lunges and kickbacks :)
Make yourself feel good and watch your body make those little changes that will motivate you to hit the gym again the next day. Exercise is an essential activity whether you're 20, 40 or 60! So begin a routine (even if its once a week) to help lift your energy and confidence. Just start now and future you will thank present you for keeping your body healthy and active in such late years of life. :) Exercise also helps your blood flow. So get that blood pumpin'!!
