At the beginning of the year we want to do a lot but we end up doing nothing...
My friends have told me many times that they have several resolutions for the new year, but in the end, they end up realizing only one or none, because those were unrealistic ideas.

The same thing has also happened to me, but after analyzing the matter a bit, I have noticed several aspects we were doing wrong, for example; MANY ideas in mind, ZERO planning, also we didn't have enough PATIENCE and therefore our MOTIVATION diminished.
That's why I wanted to share some tips that I think are important and hope you can also put them into practice.

- Start with specific resolutions: 3 are enough to start with short-term goals.
- Write your resolutions on a sheet: A good idea is to write them in a post-it, which would work as a visual reminder.
- Take action: Start with the easiest part until you have to do the hardest part and decide the right time to start it.
- Plan: Calculate how much time a week you will devote to your plans and if possible set schedules.
- Be consistent: If you do not try to carry out your ideas, the time you have planned, as I said in the previous point, just forget that you will achieve it, only you are responsible for your resolutions to be fulfilled.
Remember that these tips can be useful for any project we have in mind. I hope it helps!
