The sun is shining and birds are singing and I've got my tea.
Now that we've gotten those formalities out of the way... my graphics card has coil whine! It makes this annoying sound when I'm in games. I've just tested it in Guild Wars 2 and figured out the setting that needs to be put on low to not get this sound. I'm going to check out my settings in Black Desert next. It seems to make a less annoying sound there, but I'll see if I can get rid of it completely.

Speaking of Black Desert! Oh my gosh what a horrible, horrible game! Why, you ask? You have to do 20 different things to do anything. Anything! Like if I want a quest, I first have to make an npc like me enough (Amity it's called) to want to talk to me about this quest. The same goes for stuff I want to buy from another npc. Basically every npc in the game has this. You have to play a mini game to get this amity up. And you need strength for that, which you only have a limited amount of and it regrows every 3 minutes. So I can't just keep on going. Nono, I have to wait until I can talk to the fudging npc again to try and get him to like me more!
There are beds you can buy to put in your house, which you buy without money, but with Contribution Points. These beds apparently make you regain energy faster, but guess what? I have to buy a bed from an npc who doesn't like me enough yet. And what I also just found out is that strength does not regrow when you're offline! Nope, I had a full night of sleep, but my character apparently did not.
Anyway, that is just one very small part of the game in which you need 20 things for every small thing you want. We've only just started though, so I'll give it a bit longer. Maybe once the crowd from the Steam summer sale leaves, the lag will get less and I'll be able to enjoy it better. We'll see, it's too soon to tell.
Plans! I don't have any plans today. I'm going to work on this coil whine for Black Desert and besides that, take it easy again. My stomach's almost back to its normal self, but I don't want to do too much yet.
I think I'll just leave it at this. Sorry for the ranting!
