The theme of your blog is called a template.

How to add blogger templates?

1. First you go to the Template option from your blog's dashboard.

2. Now on the right side of the Template option, notice there is an option named Backup / Restore

3. Click there. Clicking there will come a popup box like the following.

4. Now select the file option and select your blog template.

5. Click on upload now.

Now Finished adding our theme.
