The way I see it all Israel need to do is drop a nuke on any western city, blame Iran for it, retaliate for their own atrocity by wiping out the entire Muslim world & get their news agencies that are already on side, to preach the good news that the awful war on terror is over!!!
What's stopping them??

In my typical style I will give you another way of looking at it, Hopefully to provoke some thought & comments.
This is all hypothetical of course, Pretend the following are the facts you have.
Let's just say you are the head of the secret societies (Nobody knows it's you)
You actually love the human race though (the conspiracy theorists are actually wacko's)
You know the cost of war. You lost X million good citizens in all the previous wars & despite what the conspiracy folk say you actually are really peeved about it & don't want anybody to suffer (you are a good person)
You also know that Islamic fundies will never stop until they get the Jihad they all pray for every day.
You know war is imminent & there seems nothing to stop it.
You know because you have the stats sat in front of you that this will be a long war & we are going to lose not just military personnel but civilian's because in WW2 we already crossed that line of bombing women & children.
You know at least X billion souls are going to perish whether you like it or not.
With a false flag you can reduce that number to a couple of million & therefore have the offset of saving billions.
Would you give the order?
