Starting my weightloss journey again. This was achieved in as little as 10days but now it will slow down which is normal.
I took some time off training due to the injury I had in April but ate considerably clean except drinking wine pretty often or having fruits or sugary deserts which I am cutting to min now.
I always check my weight first thing in the morning, have piece of paper on a wall in my bathroom to make notes, it gives me good motivation when weight slowly dropping.
