What is Steemit ? Social Media network ? Sharing Platform ? Blogging Site ? Meant for only original content creators ?
If everyone should write and place original contents, then steemit would be a place only for those intelligent or creative people. But who is going to like them :) Because all are busy trying hard to come up with original contents.
So to make Steemit a place of fun, I have come up with some strategy to take it live to people. That way, we can engage more and more people and bring more people here.
But the very first question from them is what will they do ?
So we have a challenge, we have to think, what they will do and keep them engaged with some creative ideas. So the events will be live, where every one will participate and have contest. And leverage Steemit as a platform to generate the money, to reward the winners. And the mechanism should also allow my steemit friends to join from online.
Sounds Good ?
My first initiative is to create an event to spin a wheel. The wheel is being prepared, with a cost of 200$. So work in progress. Everyone who will participate has to be a steemit member. I am in the process of creating the rules and putting thought process on how every one can participate and how best to make it interesting.
But is that feasible in the first event ?Not at all. So to encourage people, I have a plan to spend 100$ to reward them in the first event. This will include some snacks ( to keep their spirit up) and gift coupons which they can use instantly.
And the word of mouth has a very strong power. This will encourage others to join.
Also some people are ready to invest in something, so this will be a good opportunity to grab their attention.
I am also in the process of bringing creative people like writers, artists, musicians, photographers to this platform. I will have to hand hold them to join the platform. I also will help them create account, if they cannot create free account.
