As this fast-moving epidemic hits our awareness with news alerts and our social media feeds, it can be hard to filter out the noise. This is Day 9 of my Stay at Home Order by the State of California. The first few days were filled with confusion and anxiety about getting enough supplies to stay at home as much as I can. After I got all the food and cleaning supplies I need to last 30 days, I was in this haze of reports, articles, and coronavirus live update stats.
I would say a few days ago I got in kind of rhyme of checking out sure youtube channels for my morning news, and groups and site for articles to read about. I think it might be important and valuable to share some of the things I have found.
