Thank you so much for these valuable tips and information. I also stress this because i take care of my mil who is into the fourth year of dementia. We need to eat wisely before we attain old age otherwise it will reflect heavily on our overall health. Satisfying the tongue is not enough. We have to train the tongue to accept healthy foods alone.
Eating fruits high in pottassium like bananas, pineapple, passion fruits is very good and lowers sodium.
