When is the best time to post on Steemit?

I've put a lot of thought into it. When is the best time to post on Steemit? Most of us want to maximize the popularity of our posts on Steemit. I think the best way to increase exposure is to post within traffic. I can't get a statistics on which continent most Steemians are from. If we somehow get hold of that information, we can post within their time zones to increase exposure. But of course, traffic isn't the only regulator of exposure.
