Since that time I have been looking into “weather modification”, and what I have been finding is worth sharing. To say that weather modification is interesting would be an outright lie, it isn’t interesting, it is very scary. From what I can find this has its roots going all the way back to 1923 when the U.S. Air Service used airplanes to create “smoke screens” to hide battle ships out on the water during the war. This was done by dropping small shavings of dry ice into the air from planes, the super cold dry ice would cause cloud vapor to appear when it hit the warmer air.
There are a long list of military projects that were weather related here are some that I was able to find;

How many current projects that are currently classified that we don't know about are going on?
While most of these had to do with “cloud seeding”, which is putting chemicals into the clouds to cause rain or increase the moisture content of the clouds to produce even greater amounts of rain, project WOODPECKER and H.A.A.R.P. are programs that have to do with actually steering weather from the use of low wattage radio waves known as ELF Waves.
That major drought in California from 1987 that ended in 1992 was caused by the jet streams that normally run from west to east actually were flowing in reverse from east to west. The jet stream was much weaker in its reversed flow and this caused the drought. As mysteriously as it changed in 1987 it changed again in 1992 and things went back to normal as far as the California weather patterns were concerned. No explanation was ever given on why or how this reversal occurred. Scientists called this period an “anomaly”, but was it really that? Could it have been an intentional act? My gut says yes, but I haven’t come up with the motive yet in my mind.
In 1962 President Lyndon Johnson said in a speech he was giving at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. ,“he who controls the weather will control the world.” He said this because he knew that weather modification was going to be used as a weapon of war.
A US government report from 1996 by the US Air Force said that weather would be a “Force Multiplier” and the goal was to be able to use weather in a war by the year 2025, that isn’t but seven years from now. The truth is that weather warfare has already taken place back during the Vietnam War when the US seeded clouds in Vietnam to cause flooding along the Ho Chi Min trail. This flooding not only impacted the Vietcong troops but civilians as well with a large number of drowning taking place.
Climate change has to play a part in all this weather manipulation but is it because we are having rising temperatures? The government can’t test it weapons on its own people, but they can conduct academic research, so why not create a problem and call it “Global Warming or Climate Change”, then they can test all these things they are planning on using as weaponry under the guise of “academic research”. I hate to say it but we have taken the bait, and have been reeled in, hook line and sinker in my opinion.
Geoengineering and weather modification are real, and have been for a long time and it increasing everyday.
Tomorrow I will examine just what is being sprayed in the atmosphere and look at what some of the effects are that have been showing up.
