The way it works, in a nutshell, is to pick a start day and each day for a year save that many pennies. In other words on day one, save one penny, day two, two pennies...on day 364, put in $3.64 (or 364 pennies if you are a maniac). By day 365 (one year) you will have a jar with $668!
