Hello everyone it's Mr.Crypto and I just came back from my recent alaskan trip. It was a great experience with many things to be done. We took a 13 hour backcountry tour in Denali and actually got to see the mountain.
For those who don't know this used to be called Mount McKinley. We were lucky as only 30% of people actually get to see the mountain. We saw it on the way back from the tour as clouds blocked the mountain the whole day. I saw several cool animals such as a bear, caribou, and a moose.
I did do some gold panning in some areas to no success except for gold flakes. So we ended up going to a place in fairbanks with gold already in the bags but they did have a pile of dirt from mining companies you could get material from and I found several pieces of gold. You could pan all day and keep getting dirt from the pile so I spent some time there and found some decent nuggets.
For the trip back from Denali to Fairbanks we took a 4 hour train ride first class and that was a great experience with so many sites to see. For food we received a pot roast with crispy onions on top with a demi-glace and mash potatoes. It also came with a bread roll. Each first class car had a personal bartender where you could get unlimited soda and 2 alcoholic beverages. It also had big windows and an outside area for viewing. Here are some of the great views
All those trees and snow in the last picture is actually a glacier. It moves 60 to 100 feet per day. I forgot the name of it though. For those who want to here something funny there is a town of 30 people that moons the train every 4th of July. The train operator told us that and it appears to be true. I did some research and the town made it a tradition. Lol I hope you all enjoyed seeing all the photos.
Yours truly, Mr.Crypto
