The only way to devalue monopolies is by decreasing the currency supply and the only way to do that is by converting or changing the money supply. Net Neutrality unfortunately at this moment in time is necessary because without it, these monopolies that currently exist will still exist and take full advantage of the power they've gained through government. Yes the free market provides but not when monopolies have total control of an industry and the entirety of that industry is based on government programs.
