This weekend I went on a day-trip.
A kind of trip that outplays on four wheels, is usually better with a passenger, and in this case I had the pleasure of sharing the experience with one such.
The Sun was out, and before this turns into a "look-at-me-over-here-blog-post" cliché, I will quickly point of the joy of running barefoot in the woods. The sound of footsoles clapping with the dirt and mud was absolutely priceless!
After having slowed down, I started to notice more of the stunning nature, eventually making it to the shore with breathtaking sights, made of from the colourfull reflections in the water, which is very rich minerals - especially in Møns Klint.
I like to walk off the beaten path; bending branches, ducking under fallen trees or simply just listen to, and be filled by the nothingness of being. Walking is very beneficial for the mind, body and soul. A buzzword for many DIY-healthspecialists is grounding. Walking, and trapping, our feet into plastic boxes all day, is not good for our living organism. Connecting directly with the planet ignites primordial forces.
Arriving at the rocky beach made me turn around, and look towards the point I had looked down from, just an hour ago. When travelling naturally in nature, distance can be difficult. This point looked like a Nordic Olympia, and seemed almost impossible to re-conquer and climb succesfully.
