I had the flu a couple months ago and so did my wife three weeks ago. Of course there is always a slight chance we got it again! As for testing, the current guidelines are not to get tested unless they symptoms are serious, otherwise our health service will crumble from the hundreds of thousands of people asking to be tested just because they had a headache.
