I'm going to do something a little different this time. I'm going to post some pictures from our recent walks in the park but I'm also going to talk about some of the recent stresses in our life while simultaneously starting rather vague on the details.
Before I post the first picture from one of our walks I just want to talk a bit about trying to change your life for the better. This is the source of our recent stress. Now we've only started the undertaking of making a drastic chance because we wanted to eliminate the day to day stresses that we've been dealing with. For more in that see my post about broken down cars. https://steemit.com/@waggy6/when-money-is-tight-do-it-yourself-a-little-something-while-steam-price-is-down
Anyway to eliminate the long term stress and the lack of planning for the future we've opted for short term stress, leading hopefully to a better outcome in the end. This doesn't make anything easier though. The old stress is familiar. I know what to do with it and expect it. This is all new territory for me.
To help you understand imagine the first time you moved to a new city for a better job, or going back to school. Preparing to leave home is another good example. These things are never easy but are worth it in the end.
We are at a point that is going to be hard to accomplish and I cannot give details until that time. If we fail we do not fail permanently, just a setback, but a demoralizing one. Hopefully soon I can update you all with more exciting details.
Ok so now let's look at some recent pictures I took at the park.
Look how nice and relaxing this field of wildflowers is. No stress here.
Look how chill this bee and ladybug are. They don't seem stressed.
Queen Ann's Lace. A great hot weather flower.
If you look real careful you will see a Hummingbird Hawk Moth. Which is neither a Hummingbird, a hawk or even a moth. It's actually a butterfly that looks like a Hummingbird. He doesn't stress about it though.
Interesting fact, moths don't have mouthparts to eat, only butterflies.
Lastly, this flower. I don't know what it is and I don't care, it just looked cool.
