Week 3 : From 11/18 to 11/24 , 2017 (93.75 Kg / 206.68 Lbs)
at the end of week 3 i'm still at 101 kg / 222.66 Lbs
(Sorry for not being able to post everyday) here i'm posting ones a week to tell you whats going on
so i'm going through a hard time , i haven't lost a pound since 2 weeks , i have been stuck , i felt depressed for a while then started feeling great again , i feel energetic and dynamic , i feel the animal inside me waking up day by day ....
So, a few days ago i met an old freind of mine , he is an an athlete and he is used to cut weight fast befor a fight , he gave me a diet that i gonna try for 4 or 5 weeks , i hope it will work on me as i expect it to do so .
I woke up this morning , i bought the ingredients i need for my diet and came home to prepare my meals
I bought 1.6 kg / 3.5 Lbs of turkey breast , i did cut it and put it in my favorite marinade , just some salt and pepper and mustard
I took 0.1 kg / 0.22 Lbs of turkey breast , ( enough turkey for one meal ) and cooked it
then i made an omelette using 5 eggs white and i got my first meal
i will be eating the same shit 3 times a day for the next 4 or 5 weeks , i will be also drinking alot of water and working out of course ... it gonna be rough but i will do it im excited and motivated
