Drawing by me and my granddaughter, Felicity. She's ALMOST getting the idea that one can use tools to draw on stuff---although she's still more interested in chewing on the tools than making marks with them... BUT progress is still evident (and very cool!)
What's NOT cool? The fact that besides a deadly pandemic, slumping economy, and serious erosion of the fabric of society, the Pacific Northwest is also burning down. Our town isn't ITSELF on fire (yet) but the air is so thick with smoke and soot that we have to run the windshield wipers to clear the gunk off the window before we can safely drive!
The sun (even before sunset) looks all red...
[My photo. It looked much more red with the naked eye.]
Still, the planet IS still spinning. I got my new radio show recorded and shared, sold some of my alt-coins that were pumping and bought HIVE then went on a shopping spree at NFTSHOWROOM, published some new artwork (also at the Showroom), and had a pretty productive day, all things considered!
In addition, my older daughter even stopped by for a little bit with my granddaughter, which is always fun...
[My photos from a few days ago made into a gif with my phone!]
My wife, however, wonders about how I'm doing being at home by myself all the time now... (I'm tutoring college students, helping them with papers and resumes and such, but it's all done over email / Whatzap / and Zuuum now. So I never have to leave the house anymore!!!) I told her that I'm doing fine!
Okay. Now I'm gonna read for a bit then get some sleep! Later skaters!!!
