Hello to all my friends of this great HIVE community, I take the opportunity today to resume the blogging challenge and answer this question that often makes us think. People often say that they "lack talent" and many others say that they "have not had to work hard" to achieve their goals, so of course everyone has a different opinion of what they would consider more important between talent and hard work.
From my point of view, I consider that both qualities have a 50-50 importance in the life of a person, since every circumstance is important, everything will depend on the value that each person applies to both characteristics.
And the fact is that there are many human beings with a lot of talent, either for singing, art or in the branch that best develop and still work very hard making the most of their talent in order to achieve their goals, thus being both concepts of vital importance in their lives as they go hand in hand in all plans and purposes of these people.
This explanation forces me to go back to my college years, I remember a subject called psychology of education, in it the professor one day explained to us about a content called multiple intelligences, where he told us that every human being is born with the ability to develop some kind of intelligence, or in other words"we are all good for something, but not all good for the same thing". So if you are good at singing but not at mathematics, don't worry, because your intelligence is developed for that approach.
I remember that explained the class, and each of the intelligences discovered so far (I invite you to investigate a little about the theory of multiple intelligences), our teacher told us that it is not enough just to develop any of these intelligences or talents, you have to strive, work hard for the best development of the same as talent and hard work go hand in hand for anyone who wants to achieve all its purposes.
I clarify those people then that affirm "lack of talent", that they are not right, since every human being has in his psychological evolution the capacity to develop some type of talent, that is why if you work hard for it, you will achieve it, keep working, striving constantly, you are not wasting your time, look for, evaluate your thoughts and the branch where you feel more to spend, and work on it, you will be struggling to bring out the intelligence in which you are best suited.
In this way with this small summary, I clarify my opinion as a person and as a teacher, both factors, talent and hard work are important in any person for the development of his personality, with hard work and dedication you develop even better your talent, and using that talent with hard work you can achieve many goals that you have planned for your life.
