Dalians sky today is extra Blue and it's all because leaders are meeting in Beijing to decide China's fate.
China has been know to cut down of production during important events so the sky is clear and photogenic. Is this really the case for today. I personally don't know but all signs point to less pollution as today is the lowest it's been all summer. People are loving it.

I just couldn't wait til Beautiful Sunday tag so I'm hoping this weather holds out of the holiday this weekend and I take a hike up a random hill here.
