The world has been ever changing. The business landscape has constantly shifted. Enterprises have always desired to weave the change DNA into their core. But never has the world changed as fast as it has been for the last few years. And the pace of change will only continue the surprise the most forward looking of us all. I worry that the company boards are not reflecting the same. Smart people who seemingly know it all, don't seem to be really getting it. The boards don't seem very different from what they have always been. This needs to change. While a lot can happen, to me, change will be visible when the following gets the real focus.
