hello steemians, its a bright Monday morning and after taking a glass of water, i and my friend decided to hit the gym for a little workout.you know am a model so being fit is one of the major thing i desire. so here some few morning workout tips for a great body fitness.
- you start with 10 squats
- 25 jumping jacks
- 10 squats
- 25 calf raises
- 10 sit-ups
- 25 jumping jacks

- 10 burpees
- 10 sit-ups
