Kinesiology studies the relation
between the mind and body, it also
observes how our thoughts affect
our body. It’s a reality based on
scientific research in that humans
affect themselves with their way of
thinking (thoughts) and how one
expresses or treat others. That’s
why we should be careful on how
we think upon things because if you
think negatively, you may weaken
or sicken. And if you think
positively you can heal and
strengthen.
