Hello , today is day 16 of my challenge.
Everything is going according to the plan.Great weather , sun and a lot of energy in the air. Today was my rest day.
Тhe scales show less and less every day that motivates me a lot. This plan probably will work 5-10 days more , than for sure I will change something , something in my trainings and probably in my food or why not in the both.
The body is ''machine'' which adapt to everything , so we have to change everything from time to time , to put him some suspense and some challenge. Then it start to work more and more . That is . Sound easy and it is easy, just we have to have patience and motivation.
