Hello , today is day 18 of my challenge.
Wonderful day. Chest day how it might not be wonderful.This is my favorite muscle group. I endeavor all muscle groups to train them with equal motivation and mood, but definitely my chest are my favorite.
The kilograms remain, which is good, but I have removed 2 + . Next checkpoint will be 88 , after this 85 etc.
