Hello , today is day 27 of my challenge.
Difficult day at all , leg day.In this day we need a lot of energy (if we do a good workout of course) .
Pretty carbohydrates have that day, sweet, everything.So far so good but the training is pretty exhausting.
In none of my posts do I mention that I warm up. The warming is always the same. 5 minutes of cardio + 5 minutes of warming of the whole body.

If I can still walk after the workout I spend 10 minutes on the treadmill + stretching
