A body painter named Jen and her daughter took 3 hours out of their day to paint a woman from neck to ankle. The catch? That was the ONLY thing she was wearing besides a hat, thong, and scarf. And oh yea . . . she was walking around the mall with only those tangible pieces of clothing.
