ABORT ABORT ABORT ABORT
Starry Night was not what I wanted. It's so contrived. It's so basic. The dialogue is not natural. The romance bloomed too quickly and makes no sense. This isn't how life works or love works.
Okay. So this reporter who's a knockout, with hair in natural ringlets and baby blues (WHY IS EVERY INGENUE BLUE EYED?) is the sole reporter to hunt down and find the reclusive, elusive New York Times Best Selling author? And then a perchance blizzard snows her in and they have to spend two days together. AND SUDDENLY THEY'RE IN LOVE?!
I don't know how much longer I'll be able to put up with this book. I'm halfway through. Updates to follow.
