Hemingway is a genius of literature and it was for this book that he won the Nobel Prize.
This is the second book of his that I have read and now I can firmly say I am in love with his writing. What touches me the most, is the simplicity of words and the elegant beauty they convey. It's like every word is essential and is in flow with the narrative.

This story, The Old Man and the Sea, is short. It is a long short story. Having no chapters, it is perfect for one long, leisurely read without interruption on a lazy Sunday morning.
