Another cool music with guitar was part of the British Invasion meme. The Kinks are pretty dope, if you find yourself on a "Sunny Afternoon" perhaps a 420 no less this is some good music to grove to.
"Village Green Preservation Society" discusses group formation and bureaucracy. It is interesting it discusses how people might engage in collective action and it all starts with a identification tool of a name.
"Apeman" is an interesting song you can watch:
"Destroyer" is a pretty rocking song that is pretty cool. More simple just a guitar and a cool bass line and drums. Then the keys come in.
"Waterloo Sunset" is a cool song that you might recognize. It has some interesting visually and emotionally stimulating words.
"Lola" was another hit The Kinks had. Not super my style, but village green makes up for it.
Another hit flaunting western "individualism" is "I'm Not Like Everybody Else" which has some cool guitar and a catchy vocals that really speak directly to the human condition.
My favorite Kinks song is "Till The End of the Day" it's pretty rocking and has a cool 60's harmony vocals free and just rocking electrified guitars.
