Hello folks,
I try to provide a quality service in last couple of days, with good refund policy and etc.
But some guys try to "game" the system sending posts close to 13 hours expire mark and in the moment of the upvote post is under 12 hours left. After this messages for refund start to pile up, please understand this is your fault, i try to please everyone but not anymore if is your fault dealt with it, don`t cry for refund.
So now for the moment i change the max post age to 150 hours ( around 18 hours before payout )
i always advice you to boost your post in the beginning, in this way other people can see it, upvote it, comment it. Doing it in last couple of hours is not a smart from your side.
Refunds
Still this is the bot and from time to time can miss upvote due high load or other some reason, don`t worry your bid will be refund as long if you follow this rules:
- This is the bot error, you send a "valid" bid and you not receive a upvote.
- You send a bid but is not registered as "valid" or "invalid" bid ( Invalid bid are refunded automatically ).
In any of these 2 cases you need to do following procedure:
