please take a few minutes to review.Original content & Content that falls with in the guide lines of the Steemit community
to up vote material that is original, belongs to you, has been created by you, and/or an author that is okay with you up-voting his/her material. One of the primary reasons we have a human review the content is to make sure that those few people who don't care about steemit as a community, aren't able to use as a tool to self reward their crooked intentions, additionally for those people that create accounts a with the intent to just post a few one line post and expect to get rewards you all who have been on Steemit for a while know exactly what I'm referring to as the community not long a go begun identifying these types of accounts and taking action. Bottom line and those of us that run do not support anything that makes steemit reflect in a bad image. Luckily I have't noticed anything, however if you are aware of something that may have some how missed please feel free to drop me a line 
and I'll gladly look in to it.Comments, Suggestions, Complaints, and/or just bored and want to chat a bit
. We will definitely address it immediately. Sometimes we do miss things, please don't think we would do that to intentionally disrespect anyone, if we miss something we will either see it upon review or you can submit the post back to us again, I'd much rather see someone ask me the same question, make same comment, or complain again over some one thinking we don't care. I assure you thats not the case. For now the best way to reach out is to use soon I will be staging in steem chat also, that way there are multiple methods to reach out to when that time comes which it will be soon I will make a post about it. Lastly if you make a suggestions and we use it, we will certainly reward you, its always cool to see someone with more experience or someone with an amazing idea voice it and it go in to use feel free to shoot out some suggestions on is constantly being modified and updated
on almost a daily basis, we are trying to do thin gs such as speed up his response time with voting, add more SP, enable his counter part to also apply up votes to steemians who receive what we call a "Power Up Vote" and things of that nature so you'll notice sometimes you will receive a godly high up vote and sometimes you will receive an up vote that may be 0.30 sbd more than what you sent it changes just like the price of steem and SBD, this is normal. The whole point of is to help steemians not just minnows but all steemians to reach more views, a better pay out rate on their content, and all in all just a way to give back to the steemit community. I do know that sometimes people may feel like they didn't get enough on their up vote I'm not promising anyone they will ever become rich off of an up vote but what I am guaranteeing you is that you will receive something more than what you've put it, there has been an incident or two that the steemian didn't get what I considered fair and I made the changes from our end but they didn't even notice so as I mentioned before we do review everything and if we feel someone wasn't properly rewarded we address it. Oh and just so anyone reading this knows I'm not complaining in fact I really haven't seen any real complaints I just want to make sure I put this out there for people to be aware of thats all. So before I make this informational post to long I will basically end on the following note sometimes or will comment, not to often though as much as I'd like to comment on everything some times it looks like content makers comments section has became an advertisment board, I don't ever want anyone to feel like that, it works for some up vote bots but unless there is something to note, or a unique comment to leave you'll notice we don't typically comment this isn't to under rate your content or anything of the sort its simply the fact that I would rather not spam everyone with advertisements, this isn't to say that its not needed when I first joined steem it was how I learned about up vote bots such as 
randowhale booster, and some of the others, those guys were not joking when they've said running an up vote bot can be a bit of a challenge. Another side note on up vote bots a few users have stated how they don't agree or like up vote bots being used I however have always been a big fan of thats one of the best bots ran on steemit in my opinion the creator 
runs a really stand up and up front bot, now with that said I don't look to copy him or what he does but hands down I do have respect for him, the reason I mention this is because is my opinion of an honestly ran up vote bot, so with that said I personally think so long as the bots are being used and correctly managed they are a good thing to have. Lastly Random up voting will start this coming week on December 25th 2017, if you are a content author and you don't approve of up vote bots if you see an up vote and/or comment from or and you'd rather not have the bots vote just post a message, or send a memo to and we will get it taken care of, other than that the purpose behind the random up voting is to identify and up vote authors and their work with a token of our appreciation for the hard work they've put into their material.
